A dedicated decision by Sunset Boulevard’s management to use Monday.com as a core tool in the operating model helped increase productivity for 82% of the company’s employees. At the same time, 70% feel they got higher work satisfaction.

Sunset Boulevard, a Danish chain of high-quality fast-food restaurants, needed new tools to heighten effectiveness in the organization after changing to a 4-day workweek.

“After introducing the 4-day workweek our studies show that 82% of employees experience increased efficiency and 70% feel increased work satisfaction. Monday.com has been a key tool in this process. We have streamlined the organization’s workflows and set common ground rules. For example, we have reduced the number of meetings by 40% and the number of meeting participants by 60%. Through meeting templates, 96% of all meetings today have an Agenda.
We then work live during the meetings in Monday.com and set up actions and deadlines directly in the system. This has also reduced pseudo work by 11%,” says Jens Broch.  

Through Monday.com, planning, coordination, and communication in the projects at Sunset Boulevard have also improved significantly. Employees send fewer emails and knowledge sharing in the projects is better. Each employee has a personal workspace in Monday.com that makes it easy to see their tasks, deadlines, actions, etc.
